Overview
Upad is a decentralized token launchpad on Arc Mainnet. We do not collect personal information, require account registration, or store private keys. Your wallet and funds remain fully under your control at all times.
Information we collect
- Wallet address — visible when you connect a wallet or submit a transaction. This is public on-chain data.
- Usage data — our hosting provider may collect standard server logs (e.g. IP address, request timestamps) for security and diagnostic purposes.
- Browser storage — UI preferences and session state may be saved locally in your browser. This data never leaves your device.
How we use information
We use collected information solely to operate and improve the Upad interface. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Blockchain data
All transactions submitted through Upad are permanently recorded on Arc Mainnet and publicly visible to anyone. We have no ability to delete or alter blockchain records.
Third-party services
Upad uses third-party infrastructure for hosting and wallet connectivity. These providers operate under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their data practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Upad after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
